š¬ Why I Started These Events

For years, networking felt impossible ā not because we lacked ambition, but because the spaces were never built with womenās real lives in mind.
Most events were on weekday mornings, right when weāre working, managing homes, or juggling kids. And if you did try to make it, you needed daycare, extra gas, extra time, and extra money ā just to walk into a room where the energy wasnāt always safe or respectful.
Too many events were in mixed settings, bars, or places where alcohol shifts the dynamic. Too often, some people came with intentions that had nothing to do with business. Women shouldnāt have to put themselves in uncomfortable situations just to grow professionally.
Iām done with that.
I want clean, faith-friendly, comfortable spaces where women can show up as themselves, do real business, and go home feeling inspired ā not drained.
These events exist because networking shouldnāt require:
⢠rearranging your entire workday
⢠paying extra childcare fees
⢠stepping into uncomfortable settings
⢠tolerating anyoneās inappropriate behavior
⢠or pretending to feel safe when you donāt
Women deserve a space built for us, by someone who understands the struggle from the inside.
Thatās why Iām building these hives ā so we can grow, connect, and build our businesses without sacrificing our comfort, our time, or our boundaries.
